Soul Food

Our Wednesday evening Soul Food is now finished for the summer and will resume in September.

The fall season of Soul Food, our weekly Wednesday night fellowship and education offering, starts Wednesday, September 13. Dinner begins at 5:50 PM in the Great Room. The cost remains $4.00 for people over 12 and $2.00 for children, with a family cap of $10.00. As was done last year, Chris will provide a special children’s food offering at each meal, and anyone who has had a meal here at Grace will attest to the good food that we know Chris will provide.

One of our core values at Grace is Discipleship. That core value says, We believe every devoted follower of Jesus Christ needs to manifest authenticity and yearn for continuous spiritual growth. That is one of the guiding principles behind Soul Food.

You are encouraged to join us for the meal if you can. It’s a great way to get to know everyone and enjoy a time of community. After the meal, there are educational opportunities available for all ages. At 6:30 children through Grade 4 will go to Fellowship Hall for a time of active learning until 7:30. Also at 6:30, everyone else will gather in the Great Room for a time to share our joys and concerns as a community and lift them up in prayer.

All of the classes and other opportunities will start by 6:45.
